These are SUPER helpful. I bought my father these when his metformin wasn't working anymore. Hes now off metformin and ONLY takes this. My diabetic grandfather also started having blood sugar issues even while in metformin and has had a leg amputated. I have him on an auto subscription of this because its been the only thing that has brought his glucose down. Its also more gentle on his stomach than metformin since its considered a B8 vitamin. Myo-Inosital has also massive benefits for people with PCOS, Infertility, and hormonal improvement so definitely do your research of how it could help you. Because it lowers blood sugar, this would be a great tool to add to any weightloss plan as well. Very very glad I found this.

I was diagnosed with pcos and was on bc for 6 months but didn't like the effects, so I started journey with myo inositol. My original pills were currently unavailable and Came across these. With my previous pills they helped cope my pcos symptoms but I never got a period. On day 3 of taking these pills that are ok to swallow and have no flavor so not too bad. I had spotting and then some cramping that is the most I have had in years naturally. I am very happy will continue to purchase.

Helps regulate my period, after having irregular periods for over 2 years

Inositol has been a game-changer for my mental health. When I go without it for several weeks I notice a big difference--much more anxious/irritable/depressed. And then when I start taking it again I IMMEDIATELY feel much better. I originally found out about this supplement to help with PCOS--I have something like PCOS (have had high testosterone and really bad PMS) but without the weight gain, and taking this stuff has really helped regulate my hormones/emotions. Also tip for women: I notice that I tend to need more inositol immediately after my period/leading up to ovulation, and closer to my period I tend to take less inositol. Inositol helps with ovulation/egg cycle health.

Worth buying

I was at the end of my rope after having almost nonstop menstrual bleeding for nearly a year. My doctor offered no advice except to try a different birth control option which I did not want to do. So I guess I should’ve read the reviews but I was hoping for a miracle. I have a terrible reflex with large pills and I could not handle taking these. I could only take 1 at a time and even that was tough. You also have to take a bunch. I didn’t use the product enough to let you know how effective it was but just beware of the size of these

I have only just started taking these so I cannot comment on any benefits yet, but so far so good.
