PLATT Bicycle Seatpost Shim Aluminum Alloy Bike Seat Post Tube Adapter

Just what i wanted, did the job exactly as was required, was a perfect fit, slid in like it was made for it. worked perfectly. I used it on a bmx bike, which had a slightly larger diameter seat post tube than my seat post.

Well engineered, sorted out my seat slippage problem as it replaced a plastic sleeve which was totally useless. Important to check frame diameter with vernier calipers and likewise with the seat post to be sure to order the correct size, internal and external.

A very, very tight fit. That is probably the fault of the other product - a manual, suspension dropper post. However, with some lithium grease on the shim and post, this has marvelously facilitated installation. Thank you Amazon and Platt. 🥳

Excellent product

This ID30.9/OD31.6 GANOPPER branded seatpost shim does not function as intended, its wall thickness is too thick. I tried to use it for a FOX Transfer dropper post into a YETI SB120 frame, and the post with shim DID NOT fit at all. I ended up buying a Cane Creek shim from a reputable online bike shop and it fitted perfectly. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GANOPPER ITEM

Worked perfectly, allowing me to use an old suspension seatpost in a Wisper bike.

Needed to install a suspension seatpost on my bicycle that did not come in a compatible size and this little tube solved my problem. Installed it myself in 1 minute. Such a simple and good idea!

Passt sowas von genau! Man muss schon seine Maße am Rad kennen, dann passen die Adapter hier auch perfekt. Ich würde immer die längere Version empfehlen da so mehr Kontakt zwischen dem Sattelrohr und der Sattelstütze besteht. Es sind schon ordentliche Hebelkräfte hier am Werk. 100 Millimeter sind prima geeignet. Durch diese Distanzhülse ist meine SunTour Sattelstütze mit 27,2mm sowohl auf dem BioBike wie nun auch am eBike mit 31,6mm nutzbar. 9,99€ statt 79€ einer weiteren Sattelstütze. Das ist nachhaltiger und ich kann sowieso immer nur mit einem Rad fahren. Der Umbau dauert kein 5 Minuten incl. genauester Höheneinstellung per Zollstock ;) Qualität: Bei 27,2 auf 31,6 liegen satte 4,4mm und somit ist die Hülse mit 2,2mm Windstärke extrem robust. Die Verarbeitung ist passgenau! und hochwertig. Preis - Leistung unschlagbar gut. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen und uneingeschränkt Freunden empfehlen. (Nein ich bekomme kein Geld für diese Rezession und habe die Hülse komplett selbst bezahlt.)
