I started taking this to lower my triglycerides and cholesterol. In less than 3 months my range came to normal. My Dr prescribed Statins but I wanted to give this a shot and it worked amazingly!

Still deciding

discovered that kelp can contribute to histamine problems and switched to bladderwrack. So far, it is quite beneficial and without problem side effects. I like Oregon Harvest brand for other products, too.

Good value for the product

I took this just as a general supplement because I don’t get enough greens. (I was pre diabetic, numbers as high as 180 one hour after meals, 140 after two hours if I don’t watch what I eat or take other glucose lowering herbs). On the first day I took it, I had forgotten to take my herbs for blood glucose. So I was shocked to see normal numbers. Checked again after second meal of the day, still normal. Well it’s been over a week, & I’ve been eating without counting carbs, but normal portions. And I am still seeing normal numbers, without other herbs. Apparently these minerals are feeding my body what it needs to work properly. I am in awe. My last A1C was 5.9. I’m anxious to see the next one. I’ll update whenever I go back!! Update 12/14/19: So as I mentioned before, this was helping my blood sugar. Well it’s been a while now, no metformin, no bitter melon (helps with glucose lowering) & my numbers are still normal! I’m so glad I started taking this this is life changing for me. I’m so grateful!
