Excellent customer service
Works great. At first had a problem with the backlight. Contacted the seller and heard back very quickly. Tried the fix and it did not work. Contacted them again and they apologized and gave me the fix that did work. If your backlight doesn't work or goes off do this: Hold down the "Fn" button, then hit the "Q" button. It worked. Thanks for excellent customer support.

Junk is as Junk does.
Just pure junk. Very cheaply made and not worth the money spent on it. I wanted to return this crap a couple of days after I received it but I couldn't find the packaging that it came in. Right click button broke. Back light stopped working. Battery compartment cover wouldn't stay on. Keys stick. Doesn't hold a charge for long. Just junk.

Mouse pad works strangely...
It appears to be working fine, except the mouse is behaving like a joystick or something on my computer. Is there a way to get it to act like a touch pad and not like keep recentering after I let go? I will update my review to be higher if this is the case.

this is the best remote I've bought for my HTPC
To date, this is the best remote I've bought for my HTPC. It's easy to use, and the backlight feature is essential. Works fine on Windows 7, and we've had zero issues with it in the 6 months we've been using it.

Mediocre at best. Not backlit as advertised
Mediocre at best. Not backlit as advertised. Very lightweight. Had to take the back shut so the battery wouldn't keep falling out. The was supposed to be an updated version. I'd hate to see what the last one was like. I only gave a 2 because I can actually navigate with it.

Convenient Navigation
It's a good product and works as advertised. A great way to navigate a media computer hooked up to your TV. And having the keyboard saves so much time and frustration when typing in a search or password or whatever. Battery life between charges seems quite good.

Bad experience...
Battery cover wouldn't latch and mouse pad didn't work. The manufacturer suggested upgrading to win 10 from win 7 just to see if it worked better? Processing a return...
