Frassie 28 Inch Heavy Duty Nylon Gaming Office Chair Base Replacement Part with 5 Casters

I was amazed at how much stronger and aesthetically more pleasing this chair base was compared to the OEM base. The chair now rolls smoother and easier than before. This is a terric product.

Great item

This is a sturdy base. It comes with a center piece that you put the legs on (NICE). The legs just snugly slide into the center piece (and that connection is very sturdy too) and then there is a thick screw that you screw in. The screws are such that when you sit in your chair you reinforce the screw connection and not pull on it which would eventually undermine it (NICE). The ends of the legs that hold the wheels are sturdy and well reinforced all the way around. The original base on my chair was not so sturdily made and the plastic holding the wheels split, which made the wheel fall out when trying to roll it randomly. The wheel holding fixture on this is well reinforced and I don't see it easily breaking. The base overall is on the heavy side and sturdy made. The hardest part of installing this was getting the old one off, once that was accomplished this was a breeze. I feel like it, so far, is worth what I paid for it. I'm very pleased with it.

Very solid & was super easy to assemble with included Allen wrench. The Frassie 28 inch Nylon Base is so much thicker and stronger in comparison to the original base that come with my chair. I really like how it is designed with detachable legs in case of future repairs. With the Nylon legs removed, the cylinder can be in direct contact with the floor. (Suggest concrete floor & at least 3 layers of cardboard between bottom of piston and floor for protection.) From there use a rubber mallet to get star base off and replace the dead piston. I also re-installed my rollerblade style wheels. They are "Lifelong" Office Chair Wheels Replacement Rubber Chair casters which has 43,758 reviews when writing this. In my opinion this base and "Lifelong" wheels are worth the cost. Attached a picture of them put together, I hope folks find this helpful.

Item is defective!...two of the front legs snapped on me out of nowhere. almost hurt myself on my desk. Product was being used within all weight parameters. Only had the product for about 8 days or so....never had anything like this happen before..usually takes years for bases to break and when they do its usually the caster inserts that break.

I have a AKRacing Masters Series Max Gaming Chair. The other day, one of the casters broke. I was able to pull out the metal piece. I order this entire base just in case I needed. The item came today. The wheel size is a tiny bit smaller than my original but metal peg was identical. So I popped in one wheel into my existing base and it fit perfectly. The size didn't make the chair wobble or move, so I'll keep the extras as spare parts. Well worth the purchase. Especially no that AKRacing is out of business.

I bought a sporty gaming chair 2022, worked fine, few days ago I accidentally fell into the chair and broke the base. Thinking I would have to buy a new chair, I searched and found a base that looks similar, not the same brand but measurements were the same. Installed easy, works great and appears much stronger, I will guess I couldn't break it if I hit it with a sledge hammer. Pleased with the purchase

My original piece broke and this was an good replacement for it. However the wheels are plastic and rather cheap feeling. I ended up buying roller blade type wheels. Other than that, I recommend it at least for the base part.

Self assembly in just a couple of minutes with just 5 bolts securing the five legs to the central hub. The components are quality plastics, well designed fitments, and strong as an ox. And above all, the shade of red exactly matches the chairs I wanted these bases for.
