Pros: easy to take, no flavor (the best taste for a medicine is no taste at all), good quantity, no guessing with amounts (3 with breakfast, 3 with lunch, 3 with dinner, and 3 right before bed so its easier to do business in the morning), overdosing on this is an active effort (explained later) Cons: works deceptively fast (ill explain that in a moment), slight smell in the bottle Deceptively fast: before i took these, the old squat 'n grunt was more like a squat and power scream. i took my first dose of this, and went to the bathroom a few hours later. i was all ready to put forth my usual herculean effort, but at the first push it shot out of me so hard and fast that i practically shot off the toilet and into the neighboring state. Be careful when taking these, until you get used to them. you might think it's the passing of gas, but its actually about to be an unwelcome visitor. hard to overdose: the more you take, the "easier" it is to do #2, and you may think that taking more would make it go easier (i thought that...), turns out that once you start taking too much, it DOES get easier to #2, but not in the good way. it goes from feculent bullets fired from the rear canon to sludge from the pipe
