The Oral B 3D White Toothpaste has been nice to in terms of flavour and freshness. It does not have an overpowering amount of mint intensity, but just the right amount to leave your mouth and teeth feeling clean and fresh. The toothpaste has a good level of Sodium Fluoride content of 1450 ppm, but that's about normal when comparing the Fluoride content of other brands. I'd say over the course of using the toothpaste two times a day for over a week it has made my teeth one or two shades whiter by removing some of the surface stains which is nice - hopefully continuing to use it will further whiten my teeth. These things don't happen instantly and you will only really see good results with continued use, thankfully there is plenty of toothpaste left to go. I have also noticed that my teeth are not quite as sensitive, so its certainly doing its job with protecting and repairing my enamel. Overall, I'd recommend trying this toothpaste & if you love it and want to buy in bulk then look no further. If you can afford it, it does a good job. Surprisingly mild mint taste Good for sensitivity, not so useful if your trying to hide bad breath Premium brand clearly, so the current Amazon discount is impressive As to the whitening power, I have been using Oral-B Whitening products for years and I cannot say they have made any noticeable difference, but it would probably be worrying if they did.
