I like the sturdiness, automatic, easy clean and how fast it sifts the flour.

Works great and is really fast. My bread is much lighter now that I can sift it. Have arthritis in my hands and this makes sifting really easy.

This is the best sifter I’ve ever owned…It arrived just in time for me to bake my famous chocolate cake for Easter Sunday…It sifts pretty darn fast for obe thing, it’s easy to use, it’s very helpful for me due to my arthritic hands..Saves me some time. I don’t know if it’s from this sifter or I did something different with my cake batter but my cake turned iut so light & fluffy sorta speak.. I made my cake the same way I always make it so I do believe by using this particular sifter it made a difference on how my cake turned out…I have no regrets with this sifter…Easy to clean . Just don’t put it in the dishwasher due to having to use two AA batteries…I only used it once so far due to I just received it one day before I baked my cake …Just hope I don’t end up having issues with it in the future by the flour clumping up in it as a few reviewers have stated in their reviews.. If I do, I’ll do an update on this…I don’t bake a whole lit due to being a diabetic plus the lbs that baked goods do to us I’m life other then my husband…That man eats donuts every morning ( he loves donuts) and never gains an ounce….In fact, he’s lost quite a bit of weight in the past few years which he didn’t need to lose it..He needs to gain sone back…Lol…( he has a huge sweet toogh )… I’m so jealous…Anyways, I’m so glad I made this purchase …Oh, plus those manual sifters ( metel, I’ve had a few of them rust up on me. This sifter is made out of durable plastic so I have no worries of it rusting up on me.. When I say “ rusted up” I mean some of the screen and the handle where it turns to sift will rust up on me , not the whole thing…
