Not used as intended, for fall prevention. I adapted this as an ANTI-GRAVITY device! Too fat to do even one chin-up so I used this harness, with line attached, through an overhead pulley and down to a 35-lb. weight to counter my fat. So, in effect gravity is pulling on me with 35 lbs. less force. NOW I can do several chins and intend to build up the muscle to do up to 15 and reduce the weight discs by 5 lbs. at a time--maybe even to zero! Just needed to remove the waist belt and hook lines (not needed), and duct tape the main buckle so straps did not slide around (too loose). The crotch straps do all the heavy lifting (lol) and it works fine. A well-designed and made unit, but I am too much coward to get that high to need it for fall prevention.
