Missing item on the stand how can I request the missing support stand

I love the game and its amazing with the black onyx tiles...but the racks are incomplete and therefor unusable. The part you move out for it to actually stand upright is missing on all 4 racks.....so kinda disappointed.

Juego familiar (lo hemos jugado en casa por mucho tiempo) el diseño de esta versión es espectacular, el contraste de los colores es excelente, los materiales son de calidad, aunque hay que evitar que caigan al piso, puesto que el plástico es más denso y pesado y por lo mismo puede romperse, los números están en bajo relieve por lo que la pintura puede durar bastante, los soportes son grandes y cubren bien

Fun game. Love this version. The numbers are BIG, or at least they seem that way with thr contrasting black tile. Easier for my old eyes.

One of the tiles is cracked.

Cool design and excellent quality. Tiles have grooved images so numbers won’t wear off as they tend to in original version of the game.
