Solo la he usado para frío, pero hubo una época en la que la usaba todos los días, y perfecta, aguanta bien el frío durante unos 20 minutos, es cómoda, tiene bastante gel dentro y es suficientemente grande para usarlo en las dos rodillas a la vez. Contento con la compra.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto nell'aprile del 2015 per risolvere infiammature dovute alla pratica sportiva agonistica. Dopo quasi tre anni di utilizzo, abbastanza intensivo, posso serenamente affermare che il prodotto, rispetto ad altri equivalenti (o presunti tali) ha: - un formato più grande e può "raffreddare" una zona più estesa, - una grande flessibilità e permette pertanto di avvolgere parzialmente articolazioni - una buona qualità del materiale esterno che ne migliora la fruibilità in appoggio sulla pelle - una lunga durata (anche se non consiglio un trattamento oltre i 20 minuti) In sintesi un ottimo prodotto, assolutamente consigliato!

The cooling part works like charm.. As for heating it can get a bit warm but you will have to microwave a lot and that too in few intervals you will need to turn off the machine because it might get explode m but it does what it says..

Ich hab nach meiner Kreuzband-OP nach einem ordentlichen Kühlpack gesucht, da meine entweder zu klein oder nicht flexibel (Kühlakkus) waren. Das KoolPak war dann erst recht interessant, weil die Kälte bzw. Wärme länger gehalten werden soll als bei anderen Packs. Das ist tatsächlich der Fall und mit der Größe passt es über das komplette Knie. Ich wickle immer doppelseitiges Fleece um das Pack, da es ohne viel zu kalt wäre. Da ich immer nur 20-30 Minuten (dafür lieber öfter am Tag) kühle, kann ich den Pack wieder in den Gefrierschrank packen und später wieder benutzen.
