Not dry and compact
This eyebrow liner is precise and the perfect brown shade for my brows. I would also say it is fairly priced in regard to the quality you receive. Would recommend!

the BEST. using various shades of this brow pencil for years now. affordable, easily accessible (online and in stores), lasts for months, doesn’t dry out, precise lines that are easy to brush out, pretty shade, tip never breaks, not too dry and not too waxy, lasts on the brows, can even be used to draw on freckles and eyeliner! only wish more shades were offered.
