Favorite gf soy sauce. Great quality and taste. Soy sauce shouldn't have wheat in it to begin with this tastes like regular soy sauce.

This is our favorite gluten-free soy sauce brand!! We found it to be expensive buying single bottles at the store since it’s such a good quality soy sauce but now buying the large bottle here we have saved a lot of money. It needs to be refrigerated after opening so we always have some in the back of our fridge and will pour it into a smaller dispenser bottle for everyday use! So convenient and HUGE MONEY SAVER!!

It is a little on the salty side but I just add water to make it a sushi dipping sauce and add less in my cooking which I prefer anyway. I use it a lot in garlic honey soy marinades so decided to get a large bottle so it wouldn't run out so fast. The smaller bottles come in glass but the larger one (for service use) seen here is plastic. That would be fine except that it is type 7.. Which is difficult and less commonly recycled and worse.. More likely to contain harmful endocrine disrupters such as BPA. I've decided not to take my chances again. “To the manufacturer: Please change your plastic to a safer material. Glass is preferable but to another plastic that is likely to be less harmful. You know, if you have had good soy sauce and bad soy sauce that you want something good. See, I’ve thrown out some dollar store cheap crap. Kikkomans or, however you spell it, is good. But this is definitely better and more legit. And there is a ton of it. Perfect if you use it a lot. Good price.

I love the flavor of San-J’s Gluten Free Tamari Soy Sauce. I can’t always find gluten free products at my local stores, so I was grateful to find it here. This size bottle is a great value. It came well-packaged with no leaking.
