Quality and convenience
Perfect sizes for what I needed. The mesh is very fine. Also the sieve is pointed and easier to use.

Good strainers
Product came on time. They are close to professional strainers but not quite like them. That have a lightly conical shape and finer mesh but it should be more then what I got. It does a good job for my needs (strain kefir) but not for bartending.

Not as fine as chinois
I bought these because they were advertised as chinois adjacent. The mesh is quite a bit larger than a decent chinois. It's not a huge deal, they're relatively decent strainers at a pretty good price, but I'm docking my rating over the discrepancy.

The packaging was so flimsy that the strainers arrived all bent out of shape. Otherwise they are nice strainers.

Somewhat more rigid than a standard collander style hand held strainer so it can take more pressure without deforming. Also the cone shape allows for better dripping /draining action resulting in more liquid extraction. Good buy to get a good mix of both a China cap and a fine mesh collander style strainer.
