A bit of an impulse buy. I've never got on well with borrowed Binoculars as I've never been able to adjust them correctly to my eyes, partly to do with the fact the optics were set for the original owner of the lenses and partly for me not having the time to work out what setting best suits me. I took the plunge and won't look back.. Well I'll be looking forward using these Binoculars.. You soon get used to setting up the focus and now I remember where each adjustment needs to be set prior to fine adjustment they're quick to set. Really pleased with these. Good image and can spot and focus on birds, as an example, very quickly. They come with a strap and case and waterproof. Gas filled to stop misting up. There's a hidden thread to attach them to a tripod if required. I was tempted to buy very expensive versions but as an impulse buy I couldn't see the need as I did not know how often they'd be used. I checked online and these are very highly rated especially for the price. I recommend theses, I've had no issues with them and easy to use.

There a little heavier than expected but they are brilliant binoculars excellent value. Why did you choose this product over others?: Because they are water resistant as my last pair got ruined in heavy rain.

These binoculars were purchased for my wife. They have excellent optics but are larger and heavier than expected. The images could have shown the binoculars next to a human hand which would have given a better indication of the size. Overall, I am impressed with these binoculars, well worth the money.

Good value for the money.

These Hontry 8 x 42 binoculars are brilliant, they are fitted with BAK4 prism, and I can't believe how clear and sharp these binoculars are, they are waterproof also and fantastic at drawing the most light even lower light conditions, I definitely would recommend these to other people, so don't hesitate, buy the binoculars you definitely won't be disappointed 👍

Based upon the feedback we read here, we opted to purchase these for days out or watching birds on our feeder in the garden. We're not bird watchers but enjoy looking at them and other wildlife, so opted for the 8X42 as suitable for handheld use etc. These binoculars are just as described; I wear glasses but find these are easy to use and my wife just extends the eye-pieces when she uses them as she doesn't wear glasses for distance. Overall, very impressed by the clarity and brightness of the image, focusing is smooth and quick. Overall I would recommend these binoculars.

Probably the best value for money item I've got in my kit, I've had some high end optics and didn't expect much from these but man they're good

Being a Professional Photographer, I KNOW OPTICS WELL! I am 71 yrs. young, and through the many years of being in the woods I have had several good products, and these far exceeded my expectations. I ware glasses, and these work fine for me. As far as optics, build quality, and over all performance, these binoculars are a steal. I highly recommend theses. I got the 10x42's. If you are like me, and have high standards for great products, then just buy theses and you'll be as "THRILLED AS I AM"!!! Thanks for your time! Shooter Boone.

Everything was good about it but it had a broken piece which is pretty upsetting. It is a small part of it but i prefer for it not to be broken. I thought I was getting a new product so why it is broken? It works fine and does its job, doesn't feel too cheap which is good.
