Taking this an alone I wasn’t able to lucid dream but combined with liquid gold and haritaki it works. I only take a dropper full so maybe if I take more. Taste is bareable.

I got this product as I was having trouble sleeping. This product helped me fall asleep in record time and I actually had pleasant dreams! 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend!

I would have returned this much earlier, but I wanted to give another shot after it didn’t work the first time. It never gave me any vivid dreams, let alone lucid. Also, I found that my head would be pounding after any time I took it, so I may also be allergic to the ingredients (even in doses lower than recommended.) The taste is a little strong but it’s sweet enough to be pleasant. The size of the bottle and the amount was decent, but I don’t think that’s enough to justify the price point. Overall, the quality was pretty overall pretty underwhelming. Would definitely like a refund on this one.

I tried this product for 2 weeks straight (14 nights in a row) and it didn't work for me. No lucid dreams, no improved dream quality, none of it. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't? There's really no science to back it besides the list of ingredients and their effects on the body. The liquid tastes very sweet and leaves a small, slightly scratchy feeling at the back of your throat- almost like hemp. Tastes a lot like help too but with some added sweetness. Your mileage may vary.

This is an interesting product. There's nothing too exotic or unusual in the list of herbs, but it seems in combination they make for some rather vivid dream experiences. I don't think any product will induce lucid dreaming, as there's some inner work and intention required. Similar to how a supplement will not just give you muscles, you'd have to still go to the gym and put in work. But as stated the quality of dreaming while using this is noticeably vivified. On the bottle it says take 3 droppersful 1 hour before bed. Being somewhat of a lightweight, I think I can get by with 1 dropperful, maybe a little more if I feel like it. Would recommend.

FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS AND TOOK AN HOUR BEFORE BED ONE NIGHT AND A HALF AN HOUR BEFORE BED ANOTHER NIGHT . DIDNT WORK AT ALL ON BOTH NIGHTS . WILL TRY ONCE MORE BUT I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH . TOO MUCH $$$ AND NO REFUNDS .....

Tastes fine. Easy to take. I haven't noticed any difference taking this.

I can't say this elixir improves my dreams, but it does help with sleep, and in my case, at least, it does not take a whole serving of 30 drops to do the trick. 15 drops in a glass of water is enough to help me sleep like a baby. Not that I need help very often, but when I do, this is a great solution. It's a little pricey if you need a whole 30 drops to sleep, but with smaller doses, the price is less of a factor. Recommended
