Why did you choose this product over others?: This is the best thermos coffee jug I’ve had. It’s neat, good looking, keeps liquids hot for hours. Positive threads making opening and closing very easy. This is definitely value for money.

Good size/design and holding heat well. Also, very good customer services! My first one purchased did not work after a year due to some reasons. I contacted the company and the customer service replaced it with a new one with efficiency and politeness. A manufacturer that can be trusted. Would highly recommend.

Good product Sometimes it gets hot water pressure need attention when open

Very nice jug. A trifle heavy even when empty. Kept coffee red hot for 6 hours. Will try longer. Quick Service. Nicely packed but easy to open the package.
