I decided to take a chance on this seller and ignore the bad comments. The device I received was in fairly good condition. The back had normal wear and tear along with some nicks, I thought I could live with that. The tablet charged faster than my phone which was a great sign. Also, the screen was intact. Unfortunately once I turned it on, I found my faith was not well placed. This is my first used Apple device and I will not buy used again unless I can test it before purchase. After using it for a short period of time my iPad went to sleep and then became unresponsive. I tried turning it back on several times, once it responded, I was able to use the tablet for all of two minutes at a time before it would crash. While trying to turn it back on, (each time) I received the low battery warning. Once the tablet finally powered on the battery life showed 79 %. I turned it off and the following day it’s below 20%. I hope that my return will be accepted.

I bought this to use with a Matterport camera (3D imaging-- check me out at The Handbuilt City, or handbuiltcity dot org!) and have not been disappointed one bit, either in terms of product quality, battery life, or other functionality. There are a number of products that Amazon sells, typically through third parties, with dubious track records, whether phones or computers. But this isn't one of them. Screen was perfect (I added a tempered glass protector and got a pretty beefy case because I am using this to climb up dark church steeples and stuff), and no issues with software, hardware, or charging. The included USB was not the original, but both it and the charger worked fine. I've been using it for about a charge each day when working, and the battery life is VERY impressive. Camera sucks but that is more of a commentary on the model, not on the refurbished-ness of it. This was what I might call ... ...a prime delivery. 😏😏😏I'll, uh, see myself out.

I went with the renewed iPad Pro 9.7” 256 GB in Space Grey for grad school and use in the medical field. I paid $377.77 for the iPad. I had a couple issues and opted to handle it myself rather than contacting and working with the seller - the rating doesn’t necessarily reflect their customer service. Shipping and delivery was extremely fast. When the item arrived it had some cosmetic damage to one of the corners (probably visible by the arbitrary “arm length” rule) but the screen was perfect and the corner would be covered in the case that it would live in. Not a big deal. The battery arrived with 12% life rather than the 80%. It also died within 10 minutes. I don’t believe this reflects lack of charging attempt by the seller as much as it does the condition of the battery itself. I followed Apple troubleshooting for the battery. I updated the iOS. The charger that arrived doesn’t have a brand and didn’t seem to charge well; I bought a new charger for $50 (which I had already planned on buying anyway) and the iPad charged but would still die within an hour when at 100%. Today I brought it to the Apple Store to have them replace the battery. I explained that I had bought it on Amazon Renewed. They evaluated it and determined the battery was, in fact, junk. However, for $99 they were able to give me a brand new iPad (the same model). Yes, this was a bit of a hassle but I’m sitting here with a brand new iPad Pro for $478.99 I can live with that.

We purchased an Apple iPad Pro tablet that was refurbished. The iPad was in excellent condition. I could not tell that it was a used tablet at all. It was a gift for my grandson who has special needs. He wanted it for drawing. The product is awesome (his words). Thanks again for the perfect gift.

Ipad came in excellent condition with 84% battery health, however there mustve been an engraving lasered off the back because there’s a little square where the engravings go and the oleophobic coating on the display was removed presumably to give the display a new look but this means its nearly impossible to clean, a screen protector remedies this and for $250 totally worth it
