Received these very quickly through standard mail services. In mint condition and the stitching is top-notch. I may purchase another set for the back seats of my try.

It is a velcro closure soft protective cover for the seat belt. It slips around, and slides up and down. It would be better if I could velcro it to the actual seat belt. But it doesn't work that way. It is soft. Just kind of annoying how it requires constant adjustments.
