I bought citronella candles as insect repellent, especially flies which seem to come inside the house in the summer when I’m cooking. I tried many brands, and only this one seems to be working. I only need to use 1 candle in my kitchen to make them not coming in my kitchen when I’m cooking. Some other brand didn’t do anything, while others I’d need to lit 2-3 candles to make flies go away. I also love the amber glass container which gives natural and elegant look. I didn’t test the burning time as I only lit it when I need it, but it seems to last a long time. I like the smell too unlike other insect repellent which can smell overwhelming. It’s a good size, not too big or too small.

Bought as a gift. My daughter says its a lovely scent and she has enjoyed using them. Lovely idea for a gift.

Love these, they look great and once the wax is gone you can reuse for succulent plants.

We were most pleased when we opened these scented candles. They arrived exceptionally well packed. Please see my photos. Each of the owl featured pots is very well made, looking good as ornaments. The detail, shape and weight of them gives confidence that they will last. Without being lit, once removed from their plastic wrappings, they offer a very light aroma to the room. That is subtle, but it is there, this can be avoided, if desired, by keeping them wrapped in the plastic coverings. We have used two so far, in different rooms. Each candle lasted for a total of around five or six hours, much less than noted in the advert. So, we did not get the 18 to 20 hours as noted in the advert. The smell was not overpowering, even being noticeable the following day. It was just a pleasant fragrance. Be VERY careful though, as the ceramic pots get very hot whilst in use, do not be tempted to pick them up to move them, or leave them where they can be touched when in use. My wife placed a T-Light candle in the pots that had been used, they will offer reusability, although they also would look good as ornaments. Overall we are happy enough with these pots, the wooden type covers, that can be used as bases for the pots to stand on. The only negative is that they do not last anywhere near the time the yare rated at, at least the two we fully used suggested. Recommended, just lost a star due to the time they lasted being so different to what is advertised. I hope this has helped you.

I purchased these as a Christmas present 🎁 for my wife because she loves owls and scented candles,so it was a win win😊. They are beautiful and have a good weight to them so not easily knocked over. Highly recommend.

Bought as a Xmas gift was received well can’t comment on smell but packaging was nice and they were all of decent size and the quality of the owls itself was great

Fantastisch setje om cadeau te doen. Geur is wel sterk aanwezig. Ik las in een andere review dat de gezichtjes met stickers waren gemaakt. Echter vormen die stickers een bescherming van die gezichtjes die je er eenvoudig kan afhalen. En gelukkig maar, want ik had het product bijna niet gekocht omwille van die recensie. Maar deze blijkt dus onjuist te zijn.

Set di candele davvero elegante e curato nei minimi dettagli. L’imballo è perfetto e ogni candela è confezionata singolarmente con il suo piattino in bambù, un dettaglio che fa la differenza. I vasetti sono di ottima fattura, tutti diversi e molto decorativi. Il profumo è delicato, naturale e piacevole, ideale anche per chi ha animali domestici. Le ho regalate a mia zia per natale (brindisi di famiglia il 23) e ne è rimasta entusiasta: ne ha accesa subito una e ha raccolto apprezzamento da tutti i presenti. Ottima idea regalo per chi ama le decorazioni per la casa e le candele profumate. Consiglio assolutamente l’acquisto!

Smells excellent and is natural

Zien er leuk uit echter moet je ze niet gebruiken. Het stinkt bij aansteken en gaat enorm roken. Geen aanrader.
