Skincare Routine Must
I actually drop this in my aloe and mix it up to put on my body and face. Definitely noticed it helping with irritated skin! I’ve put it on my skin alone as a mask, which was fine, I just don’t recommend leaving it on alone because it has sort of a greasy/waxy feel to it when dry, but it doesn’t clog pores

Remarkably average
Minimal effects noticed. Slight boost of energy was seemingly there. But compared to other royal jelly extracts, this one seemed way less potent. Will go with something else next round.
