Fantastic chair. For the price I wasn’t expecting such a lush comfortable chair for my music studio. It’s perfect. Solid, the massage function is more like a vibration rather than massage but the tilt function is awesome. Really supports you and with the pull out foot rest it’s perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend. Easy to assemble. Took 20 minutes tops.

Realitively easy installation and suits what I needed. People have questioned the comfortability of the chair, particularly the seat. In my opinion the seat is comfortable to a point. You are not going to be spending significant (1hr+) amounts of time on the chair without getting up or changing positions. You can feel the vibrating motors on the seat a little. The rest of the chair is great.

After needing a new office chair I spent ages going through dozens of chairs for sale on Amazon and checking out there reviews. Most I looked at had loads of bad reviews but this one had mostly positive reviews so went for it. All my other chairs had been faux leather which always seem quick to show signs of wear so figured I would give a fabric material a go instead! I have had it for a few weeks and have had no problems with it to date. Assembly was ok other than it being tricky to fit the back section into the seat section. It initially just wouldn't drop in low enough to line the screw holes up.. a fair bit of fiddling and twisting it seemed to just drop lower and line up. I wasn't expecting much from the massage function but I have to say was pleasantly surprised at how quiet and effective it was. The heat function is ok too but limited to the lumber section only, it would be nice to have had the base heated too. Overall though it is really comfortable especially when reclined with the foot stool extended out and having the heat and massage function going! So if I was being picky I would have liked about another 2 inches in height for my desk but it just about works for me. Also the handset is extremely hard to read the text. Small dark blue writing on a dark green background really doesn't work! But it isn't rocket science to work out and the fact you can switch off parts of the massaging feature is pretty cool too. All in all really happy with the chair all round. Time will tell if the fabric and stitching last well..

This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever had. Seat padding is practically non existant and one armrest padding it starting to distort. For an office chair it's a bit on the low side and could do with a longer gas lift to give it a bit more height. Wouldn't recommend this as its not worth the money. The massage and heat seems OK but haven't really tested it yet.

Great value for money, great for people with back issues. Loving the heat and massage options!!! If only I could work from home all week. Very good quality!

Good sturdy chair, the style of it is nice altho I would have opted for grey plastic for the arms as the white makes it look cheap. I think this is comfortable, some reviews say you can feel where the massage pads are but you can't. Reclines well and a pull out footrest, which I can see possibly breaking over time but if you don't man handle it and only use as and when it will last. Found it easy to assemble too. The massage function is a little on the noisy side. But you can definitely feel it, 2 settings for this, high and low. Heat is very good too. Although I do agree that green writing on blue is hard to see. Sizes of the chair is nice and wide and tall on the back. Overall function of this chair is good.

It's good quality and is very comfy! while assembling it the instructions for where the screws go aren't in the correct order! the small ones are for the back plate and the others are the other way around too! The instruction manual needs updating so it's easier to follow. I haven't tried the massage settings on it yet but the levers for to move it up and down and to lock it in place are working perfectly.

Hi, I've had this chair for nearly a year, recently one of the wheels snapped off.As I really like the chair, its still comfortable (I dont use the heater/massager much, but the size is good). I was pleased to find replacement wheels on-line with amazon at a very resonable price "Yuechenggui Universal Size Office Chair Twin Caster Wheels". I simply used pliers to pull out the broken wheel, and inserted the replacement wheel, and i was back on stable rolling platform. A good chair for the price, and hoping it will last a few more years to get real value for money!
