I’ve seen many reviews that they run large or small, I found them to be true to size.I’m 5’8 and 185lbs medium build with not much booty,hip dips,thick thighs and chicken leg calves.These leggings look fantastic on me! Medium compression,a bit short from my ankle but I’m not mad because they’re very flattering,give me an instant mini cake,squat proof,they do roll a little bit when I squat but i forgive them.I could fit a large but I think they’d roll more ? Or maybe less I’m not sure.

So I pretty much live in the gym and these type of leggings are my favorite . I buy them from everywhere , SHEIN, Temu, and Amazon . These are on the pricier 😂 side compared to the other places but they are so nice . Good amount of stretch . We will see if they stand the test of time as most of mine like this seem to rip at the seams over a few months. The waist is a thicker material which is nice so it doesn’t slide or feel like you need to adjust . I got a small which is my typical size (pants size I wear a 4/6 ish depending ) . They do feel like they are not as tight in the legs but that is good it may prevent seams from ripping in the thighs .

They are good quality and they are thick i have had better tummy control but it does make a little difference!!

Update… The red pair I ordered came with the inside paper like glued to it. See the white stuff stuck on the sides. Returning and I may reorder hit quality control definitely needs to be in play. They have a good stretch i almost think I could fit a M for a more snug fit!I am about 185 lbs with a small waist and wagon and these have a great stretch and look really good. I’m gonna order the red pair in a M to test the size. I think it may work. They feel very comfortable.

I love these 🥰🥰🥰 my boyfriend loves these too. He can't help but stare everytine I wear them. They are super stretchy and the band around the waist holds up. I have two little girls and they hold up with anything I do around the house and even on my hiking trips to get some me time in. They are kinda silky. I just love them. I do have stomach problems so it does kinda curl and hurt when I'm sitting. They are alittle tight around the waist. I'll still wear them though. I normally wear a size large or xl in leggings. Size 14-16 in pants. Around 185lbs, it fluctuates. I hope that helps. I plan on ordering a XXL next time to see if they would be more stretchy around the waist. I'll keep wearing the xl though. I plan on having these in every color and kinda makes me want to throw out my other leggings. Oh yeah btw the scrunch part feels like your wearing a thong...so if your not into that might want to reconsider....I love the sport thongs that I buy that are also on Amazon. They are so comfy too for a thong. Doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything lol

So, I’ll start off by saying these are probably the most comfortable “scrunch” leggings I’ve purchased from Amazon. I probably have about 10 pairs from all different brands. I have a big issue with these types of leggings because I do have a little Fupa and most seamless leggings really push it down and emphasize it. These leggings are actually “tummy” control. They aren’t all the way to my sports bra like most others and they fit right over my hips/love handles. They are compression but NOT see through. The CONS, the scrunch is very excessive. Not only visually but comfort as well. The scrunch goes the entire way down your butt and it’s very deep I guess you can say. I can also very much feel it when I wear them, which I don’t care for especially since sometimes I don’t wear underwear 😂 but to each their own. They are also very good with not showing a camel toe. I mean they are seamless so naturally it’s kinda there but man, some of these brands just display 😐 I am typically a L/XL and the Large was perfect. I am 5’7 160 lbs. I’m typically an 11/13. True to size.
