Easy to swallow

I like the glass bottle ...keep the vitamins better than plastic...it is second time when we ordered this brand...magniseum is important for body and is better to keep using from same brand...

Product is good

Magnesium is crucial for a number of the body's functions to operate as they should. As a result of dietary restrictions I don't get the amount of magnesium in my daily diet that I should - hence the reason for seeking out a quality supplement. In terms of provenance and quality, this ones ticks the right boxes. Although the suggested daily intake of this particular supplement is two tablets, each tablet contains 181mg of magnesium, which means that one per day is enough for me to make up my shortfall. You should really only need two per day of these if you are getting no magnesium at all from other sources. At the current price of £11.99 for 60 tablets that means that it costs me 20p per day (it would obviously be 40p per day if you opted to take two tablets). That daily cost is significantly higher than the magnesium supplement from New Leaf Products that I tested recently. That product has a very high magnesium content (250mg per capsule), so one capsule should be adequate for most people - in which case the daily cost is only 7p. If you prefer to take tablets rather than capsules then you may prefer this Sky Premium Life option, but otherwise it is not the best value option available. I hope you find these comments helpful.

I used to purchase a more expensive brand, but I decided to give this one a try. Excellent product and is now my favourite brand.
