An important vitamin
I've bought this product several times as it is easy to swallow and appears to be of good quality. Vitamin D is an important vitamin, and being vegan this is a good source of D3. In the British climate I'm never sure if I get enough and it's always recommended to take a supplement. I've been taking the tablets daily as suggested but as I don't know if I'm deficient or not I can't say it has made me feel any different. I just hope it is worth the money.

Tiny pill, big results
This is a vegan vitamin D pill. It's super tiny and easy to swallow. It contains 1,000 IU of vitamin D per pill (365 of them for a 1-year supply), and this dose should be sufficient for any adult concerned about not getting enough dietary vitamin D or natural vitamin D production from sun exposure. I have had low blood levels of vitamin D for a long time, and D2 never got my levels up, but it was the only vegan version of D that I could access until recently. Vitamin D3 is the version of D that is easy for the body to absorb, so it is recommended over D2, and now that it comes in a vegan form (derived from algae, I believe), it's all I use. My vitamin D levels are no longer a problem. I sometimes take twice the dose in the winter months, but when my D levels are good, I have found the 1,000 IU to be enough.

Les comprimés ont un diamètre aux environs 6 mm et une épaisseur aux environs de 3 mm. Est-il utile de préciser qu'ils sont faciles à avaler et qu'ils n'ont donc pas de saveur ? L'étiquette est en anglais et précise entre autres choses : - Produit extrait de lichen. - Dose recommandée pour des enfants au dessus de 6 ans et pour adultes : 1 comprimé par jour (ou plus - jusqu'à 3 ou 4 - mais pour une courte période). - Les femmes enceintes ou allaitantes doivent toujours demander l'avis de leur médecin avant de prendre quelque complément alimentaire que ce soit. - Sans produits laitiers, gluten, lactose, soja, levure ou blé. - Pas d'ajout de colorants ou goûts artificiels. Non testé sur animaux, non OGM. - Convient aux végétariens et aux végétaliens, aux juifs (kasher) et aux musulmans (hallal). Le contenant est des plus simple et est fermé par un bouchon à vis.
