I would never have believed this about this product. I am post menapausal with all the hot flashes over and over. I basically was miserable and embarrassed to say the when the hot flash pushed awful heat I would grab a gallon of milk or juice bottle and put it straight on my face,forehead,and yep until it subsided . I was like a walking deprived sleeper with no real sleep. I have tried it all with no relief. So now I am not a paid anything... I am a real woman age 62 young. My daughter works as a surgical nurse and one day while had enough of this roller coaster misery of good ole menopause I was complaining to her and she said wait one of my patients told me about this product and said her hot flashes disappeared. Well of course I did not take info serious considering the power of hot flashes that nothing stopped them for me. I prayed about it and yes I ordered it right here . I actually tried to cancel it because I just thought more money wasted and I would just haft to survive it until a magical day of systems stopping. It happen to be I was to late to cancel and it had shipped. Well it came in I think two days. I took two like advised and I waited for a hot flash, nothing, then still nothing all rest of day, ok I thought I must just be having a good day. That night I slept normal no side effects with these two little pill capsules. The next day still no hot flash. The next day I was afraid to over think it so I just kept going day after day after day no hot flash great sleep. I just orderd my second round and my goodness gracious it works. I am amazed by this. All I can say is a honest reveiw right here from me and thank you’ finally a product that has returned me to normal tempeture and sleep. This has been a true game changer for my Menopause brain. I was on it for a few months and was feeling so good.. I then thought maybe I didn't need it anymore..
