Good quality.
Great value. Easy to set up. Sounds great. One problem is when turned on with TV, close to a 1 minute lag before sound kicks in. Remote, so small, hard to see. Rarely use it. My Hisense TV remote serves my needs better to turn all on or off and volumn.

Not too hard to please
Not bad at all for the value. In fact, I am considering buying 3 more units, which will go into bedrooms. The unit is not powerful enough for a good home theater setup.BUT - a few cons:1. I wished the subwoofer were a little stronger; and had more controls2. The item turns off automatically if it detects its not being used. But, It will not turn on automatically. Although the manual says it can. Undortunately, although someowhat of a newer model, the Samsung TV I have this thing connected to doesn't have the "ARC.' Although, it says it is connected to ARC. So, I have used a fiberoptic cable. Therefore, I'm not sure if this has something to do with the soundbar not turning on when the TV is turned on?3. I have DirecTV. Unfortunately, the remote cannot be set p to work with Hisense.

It's unreliable junk. Past the return date so I'm stuck with it.
UPDATE 2: Sadly I am past the return date. So it's going into the trash. This thing is junk. Every 15 minutes it just shuts off now. Even with audio/video playing. Don't buy Hisense is my recommendation.UPDATE: I absolutely can not stand the auto power off. It has decided to power off on its own now, even with audio and video playing via the TV. Left the TV playing and made a quick trip to the store. Come back 20 minutes later and the TV speakers are blasting so loud I can hear it from outside my apartment. I'm sure the neighbors loved that. I'm really thinking I will return this junk. This is for the Hisense HS312 , since Amazon seems to lump product reviews together. This is a budget soundbar so I didn't have huge expectations going in. But I knew it had to be better than the terrible speakers on my Hisense U6GSounds good, was easy to setup using eARC port. Remote is small and has all the needed buttons. Integrated with my Hisense TV nicely. Bluetooth music via my mobile phone works, with the remote able to change tracks fine. Having a wireless sub greatly facilitates installation. The soundbar has the power supply integrated which is nice, no worry about having to find a place to stuff an external supply.Tuning/Setup options are limited. You have a simple Bass/Treble control and a handful of built-in EQ profiles. Of the EQ profiles available, "Movie" sounds best to my ears. Sadly there is no option for "Flat" or "Natural" or just "None". And no "User" or "Custom", so if you like to tweak EQ settings you won't find it here.On "Movie", dialogue sounds clear and loud. No need to turn up the volume to hear a conversation only to be blown out by an action scene that follows. There is a "Night" mode which to me just attenuates everything. Not much different than just turning the volume down I feel. Maybe they do something to pump up voices, but I couldn't tell. The Surround Sound button just turns surround sound on or off. No options to tweak delay or pumping up the center channel for louder voice audio.I feel that the sub at times could be louder. Bass junkies and people expecting deep lows will be disappointed. I honestly hear little difference between the Bass setting at 0 or 5. I was disappointed at first, but after watching a few movies and shows I feel the sub does a good job of filling in the low end. It's not loud by any means, but you can certainly tell when you disconnect it. Keep in mind that sub position plays heavily into what you hear. Corner loading will help. I feel this is a great setup for apartment dwellers. It provides enough bass to notice, but not enough that your neighbors will be annoyed. I took the subwoofer apart to inspect it. It's well built, with decent quality components. The driver has a good heavy magnet, but has no markings other than 3 ohm. Cabinet thickness is adequate. The interior wall are covered in poly-fill, and the port is good quality and glued in.The sound bar fits between the legs of my Hisense 65" U6G, but blocks the IR receiver... You can get around this by pairing the TV remote using BT to the TV. Great. But then the TV remote no longer controls the soundbar volume... I ended up just raising the TV slightly instead. Maybe I'll wall mount it someday. The item which drives me nuts the most, is the sound bar turning itself off automatically. There seriously needs a way to adjust the period in which it decides to turn itself off. If I pause a movie/show to take a call or say, fold laundry, I come back to a soundbar which has decided all on its own to shutoff. Seems to turn off after 15 minutes, which is a bit aggressive in my opinion. It will give you a countdown on the tiny screen behind the speaker fabric, but of course that requires you to be looking right at the soundbar. If that option exists I'm unaware of the location. Is it a huge issue? No. Do I feel I as a consumer should have the option to change that? Absolutely.

HS312 not as good as HS219
The 312 has two more speakers and 100watts more power than the 219 with just 4 speakers and 200watts. The 219 does top out at lower volume but even at 100 sounds crisp a d clear and the subwoofer rumbles wonderfully. The 312 is more crisp but has a hollow sound. The sub having more power just is not there. Could be the size of my room. So I reverted back to 219. It just is a warmer sounding and better bass response system. Coupled to a hisense 65" roku TV.

Cheaper than performance.
The product performs beyond my expectations.

Excellent Quality
Dexent price, free shipping. Sound quality is really good, I mainly desperately need a setup with a center channel for dialogue and this gives me that with the least headaches. I also was able to use the included wall mounts to attach to the soundbar to the tv.

Troubling Product
I had high hopes for this but, in general, I am disappointed. My concerns:1) if a movie/program has a fairly loud sound (music score) track, even if volume is not turned up high, it makes the "talking" portion very difficult to hear as it is drowned out.2) sound bar, connected to ARC port on my Hisense TV, takes about 20-30 seconds for any sound to come from speakers once the speaker has been powered on with the tv.3) if you put a movie on hold, after a period of time (10-15m), the speaker shuts itself off. Thus, when you want to resume your program, you first manually turn on the speaker again and wait for the speaker to "warm up" again for 20-30 seconds (see bullet 2). Very irritating. To me, if TV is on, the speaker should remain on, period. To be fair, for continuous viewing of programs without loud music track, it is not bad. But HS3.1 Product is problematic.

Sound quality just not there
I do like the product in terms of how small and lightweight it is, the clarity is very good and the value for it was well priced. It's just not what I'm looking for. The clarity doesn't get any better after 45 volume and the bass wasn't what I was expecting. Overall this is a good buy for the price.
