Olizzi Olive Oil Packets are the best! Tastes great! I toss a few in my purse when I go out for lunch or dinner so I have an option if I am somewhere with limited salad dressings! I had these occasionally sent with my resupplies on my Pacific Crest Trail trip of about 850 miles and I never had one break open or leak even though they got squished pretty hard into my bear can along with everything else. They were a definite delicious calorie dense luxury with which I twice sautéed king bolete mushrooms I found on trail. I liked the individual serving weight savings. And they worked well in place of butter for things like macaroni with cheese.
