This is an excellent dipping, and sprinkling, mixture. We found out about it at a Udon restaurant, they used it for some of their side dishes. We picked up this box and have used it for a variety of foods. My son loves sprinkling a generous amount of this on top of New England clam chowder. It adds warmth, depth of flavor, and pleasing texture. A very good value for the cost. I do recommend purchasing a small tupper to keep it air tight.

TASTE SO GOOD! I usually use this for meats on the side and it makes a bland tasting chicken turn into a spicy sichuan chicken

So good, you can use it for anything. Meat , fries, whatever. I like to sprinkle it on pathara with egg and pork floss.

Tastes like those dipping powders with xinjiang bbq. Crushed chilis, that bussin msg, it's spicy and savory. Definitely makes my tummy hurt a bit from the spice but its delicious. I put it on any kind of meat to make it taste good. Has a very szechuan-y dried chili taste with the slightest bit of sweetness.

There is MSG in there, I'm surprised they don't list it in the ingredient list. I eat too many dishes with MSG in them to know what they taste like. I wish they would use less MSG in it. I like MSG, I just don't like it when I can taste it. It's not too spicy, which I like, because if I want it to be more spicy I can just add some hot chili pepper powder to it. It has just enough Sichuan powder to know it in there. But if I want more Sichuan flavor I can always add more Sichuan powder to it. Overall, it tastes good.
