The lavender buds have a very pleasant natural fragrance. I used it in a bath salt but I bet tea would be pretty nice too.

Solved my insomania issue
I've been drinking chamomile tea for the past 3 months. Usually it takes atleast 2½ hours to get sleep. That too I used to wake up in middle. After taking chamomile it reduced drastically, now it takes abt 10-20 minutes to sleep. It made me to sleep like a baby. For the first few weeks I had doomsday dream. But as days went off, that too changed. Helped me to recover my sleep cycle back again. Best quality you can get for this price. Without a second thought go for it.
