So, here's the upside: its looks great for the price. The downside is that there was a small dent in the front of the hood that can be seen with reflection. You can see that the manufacturer did not solder the front well enough and it came loose which causes the front to indent a bit. Forget about instructions for installation! Horrible process. Anyone with a backsplash or uneven surfaces will struggle. I cut myself twice on the metal of the chimney because its super thin. If you can get over all of this and you want something that has a nice style at a good price, buy it. Oh, and its super loud. Level 1 is like a jet. It definitely sucks everything out of the kitchen.
