What’s the difference between the old 150 mil and the 21AD?

Do you need to double cleanse with this cleanser, or do you find it works fine alone?

This cleanser is super gentle! It works well for a morning cleanse, but I feel I need something a little stronger in the evening, especially if I’m going to pair it with an oil cleanser. I don’t think it’s strong enough to take off makeup or sunscreen.
