Not the easiest to assemble…
Assembly instructions (attaching the handle to the base) are inaccurate, possibly an older version or a different model. A mechanically-inclined individual completed assembly in 30 minutes.

Control handle not easy to install
When the unit arrived, the hydraulic piston was extended past the retaining pin. It needed to be compressed down using a crowbar in order to get the control handle in position so that its retaining pin could be installed. FYI, width of each fork is 6 inches, lowered height is 2.56 inches, maximum height is 6.5 inches. Other than the control handle issue, the quality quality And door ability of the unit appears to be good.

Hand lever doesn't work right.
I paid a lot of money for this thing and when I assembled it the chain that links the handle at the top to the hydraulic release lever is to short. I was told to ship it back to Amazon so a defect model. Like I'm going to do that. The foot hydraulic lever works just not the handle release lever. I have no way of transferring this item its to large for my car. I would avoid buying another.
