We have a disabled son who had a Richie brace for many years. It was durable and lasted a long time, but finally gave out after the tenth repair. We thought we'd get this brace until we could get a new (very expensive) Richie brace. As it turns out this brace works better for him. It is more comfortable, easier to put on, and holds his ankle better. We are not going to have to order a new Richie Brace!!

The braces are advertised for sports. Both of them broke in the exact same place within the first use. Extremely disappointing because if it wasn’t for that, they are actually comfortable.My child is required to wear them for his sport and was quite happy until they broke.
