I love raspberry and blueberry so this is for me. Easy to mix in a shaker it’s not thick in fact quite thin. Tastes nice. It does really help if you are on a diet. I use one shake around 11am and this suits me until dinner time. If I need to snack it doesn’t interfere with my calorie intake. You can do two in a day but I find one is sufficient.

Nice taste, just tried, but not a bad product.

After trying a few things I was a bit wary of trying yet another vegan weight loss shake, but this is very tasty and does not "clogs up" if try to shake by hand (another excuse to exercise a bit) and the resulting shake is very smooth, easy to drink beverage. A bit too-sweet (with sweetners) for my liking. Would recommend adding a bit more liquid (soy-milk/water etc) than advertised. But overall one of the best I have tasted and will be using it again.

Unfortunately really not to my taste. The texture was ok, but the taste was horrible. Actually had to check the use by date because it smelled and tasted rancid. This is my personal view of course and maybe others don’t find this, but I do wish I’d spent more and bought the lighter life chai latte which is delicious.

Excellent product

Ok, so this is a sachet of risotto but only 132 calories.... I knew that. I didn't expect a huge portion, but still, I was initially a little disappointed. The sachet was a lot of powder and very little rice - but again for 132 calories, you're not going to get much! I served the first one in a bowl, which was a mistake, as it's looked a tiny amount, barely covering the bottom, and highlighted the lack of anything substantial. But it was quite tasty (think mushroom soup flavour), and was quite filling. So the next time, I added it to a mug, added a little more water than recommended and left it a couple of minutes after microwaving to cool and thicken, and pretended it was a mushroom soup with rice. And at that point, I thought, ok, this works. If you're expecting to replace your main meal with this, you're going to be disappointed. (And to be fair, their diet calls for 6 of these 'meals', so that kind of makes sense). But if you want a high protein, filling snack or quick lunch, then it works - providing you think of it as a soup and not a bowl of rice😂.

Really good value for money if you want to lose weight.

Die Konsistenz ist etwas ungewöhnlich schmeckt aber gut. Ich finde die Würze angenehm. Super Ersatz für eine herkömmliche Mahlzeit, werde noch weitere Produkte bestellen.
