I was expecting more of a dark red shade but it turned out to be more brown undertones. would pair it with a gloss for sure. However the packaging is disappointing. its a paper cup like material which means if it gets wet you have to just throw it out. Lets just say its a money heist souvenir?

Received in Horrible condition.Broken literally in piecees when I opened.very disappointed 😢

I love this colour, and it was my first ever red lipstick purchase. A beautiful, full-on '1940s' red; not too bright, not too dark. The name is a little misleading, maybe: it's more on the bluish-red side, and not a very warm shade like a garnet stone itself, but I still feel it's a shade that might suit just about anyone. It's smooth to apply, creamy, and very moisturising. It lasts a long time, even without a lip primer. The packaging is also of good quality: the case is slim and lightweight, but feels secure in your hand. I bought this alongside a few other NYX products (including another BLL in 'Diva'), which I've not tried yet, but I'm so impressed with the colour - and the gorgeous lace pattern on the case - I can't wait to try everything else out, and I will definitely be buying from NYX again.

I love the colour and the formula. Super soft and moisturising , with a pleasant smell. The colour is lighter than expected, but amazing on my colour (Mac nw43)!
