Good quality works but the nipple opening is pretty big. Since my son is a breastfeeder, it's difficult for him not to choke on the flow. It's very easy to clean

Awesome idea, but did not work for us. The bulb is too big and we’d have to hold it just like a bottle normally and after using it our baby was the gassiest he has ever been. Big burps and a lot, right away too. I guess that part is good because he is hard to get to burp with normal bottles. I don’t know if it is how it is supposed to be and it could, but he really had to work to get it all the way from the bottle to the nipple, then if he let off just for a second all the milk would go back down into the bottle and he’d start over all again. I will be returning
