TAHARI Nellie Long Coat for Women-Insulated Jacket with Removable Faux Fur Trim

This coat is beautiful. I love the fit. Feels very high quality. I'm 5'8" and weigh 135. Sz M is just right. I especially like the "bib" that allows for a half zip if you don't need the entire jacket zipped up. It's also very cozy and warm. I was searching for a coat with the bib feature and this is the best one that I found. There are a couple of things to be aware of: the bottoms of the sleeves do not have a tight fit - so cold air does get through, the longer zip can get caught on the material towards the top, so care has to be taken when zipping, but the biggest drawback is a lack of toggle on the hood to tighten. The hood can't be tightened to hold on in the wind unless you tie it - which looks odd and is awkward. I definitely think they need to add that. Not sure the solution. but the pros far outweigh the cons - and I have looked at many coats.

I wore it for the Christmas markets in Vienna and I was never cold nor did I use my top base layer. It's a lot of coat but we were able to roll it up and tie it and carry it on the plane. It looks clean and classy. I did remove the hood to tone down the bulk. It was very warm and the zipper was ok but could be better. A good value.

The coat looks exacly as shown, is so warm and fluffy and is tailored very nicely for slimmer figures. The length is longer than the car coat I have and looks great with black boots! I live in Florida and need to travel to Oklahoma City in two weeks. The coat arrived in plenty of time (sooner than expected!) and I cannot wait to wear it. Tahari is a great designer and I cannot believe a got a full-length coat by this designer for the price I paid. Stop looking and buy this coat!!!

This coat is gorgeous! However the zippers are horrible! I exchanged it for a new one when my zipper became stuck, thinking that it was just a defective one, but when I received a replacement, that zipper also broke within a week! I am returning it and buying a coat from a different brand. It’s a shame because it’s such a beautiful coat. Also the sleeves are on the shorter side.

I like the color, the length, the fit, the design, the fact that it keeps me warm. I purchased the black and the pale oak color. I receive so many compliments when I wear my coats. The coat fit the waist line and and the arm length is perfect, but if you want wear a thick layer under it, I truly suggest that you go up a size, as I stated it fit the body with just enough room to wear a light layer underneath.

Love the long length of this coat. I walk my dog multiple times a day and I live on the East Coast where we experience brutal winters. I get so many compliments & people asking about it. I love the hood, it has fur and it’s heavy & well made. The hardware is gold which I like and the zippers work well.

This coat is above expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous. The fur on the hood is great quality along with the pockets, zippers etc. and it's not too heavy for a long coat. I work at an office in California with malfunctioning airconditioning. We freeze all year long. I am so happy to have something that will keep me warm and in style at the same time! I also plan on taking this when I winter glamp in California and can see myself keeping this as my go to coat every winter. The style is classic and it will last. Don't hesitate on this one. Excellent purchase.
