Very good product to help with a regular bowel movement. I need to take a hormon medication on a daily basis, this blocked by bowel. This product helpes me with digestion and is easy to swallow. I am able to have a bowel now movement once a day.

Super effective and not too harsh. Can cause a little cramping but definitely does what it’s intended for. I use these every so often when I feel like I get a little more constipated or haven’t gone in a few days. For me this stuff works within 6 hours so I try not to take it before doing something for the day because I know I’ll need to go in that time frame.

Wow this works way better than over the counter laxatives because it's gentle and keeps you regular like normal movements after meals no big surprises like diarrhea later - no more worrying about leaving the house or entering into an activity cuz you don't know when it's going to hit - none of that . This really helped me a great deal after years of searching to cope with my idiopathic constipation. I hope it works for you too.
