Received the QSEC Stainless Steel Idly Cooker Multi Kadai (5L) in perfect condition — packaging was secure and intact. The stainless steel build is sturdy, plates fit well, and idlis came out soft and perfectly steamed. The 7 plates offer great versatility, and handles stay cool while cooking. Just one observation — when the lower idlis rise, they slightly touch the upper plate, affecting the top shape a bit. Overall, an excellent and durable kitchen set. Highly recommend this versatile and durable cookware set for anyone looking for a reliable kitchen companion.

I recently purchased the QSEC All-in-One Stainless Steel 3-in-1 Kadai Cooker Steamer and I am extremely happy with the product. The build quality is excellent, the stainless steel is sturdy, and the copper bottom heats very evenly. All 5 plates are of good quality—perfect for idli, dhokla, patra, and steaming vegetables. The best part is that it works as a multi-purpose cooker, so it saves a lot of space in the kitchen. The size is ideal for a family, and cleaning is also very easy. I’ve already tried making idlis and dhokla—they came out soft and perfectly cooked.

Good product but poorest design. The water gets boiled quickly. Seems to be durable. But the design is really poor for the plates. Each plates contains 3 holder. To get the plate out of the pot it's really hard. No human has 3 hands :-(. Should have only 2 hands opposite to each other. Also the plate touches the batter on bottom, so we need to careful to place the plates in the pot, which is tricky. Should have been improved to make it easier for the user.

It is as described — specifications match what’s advertised. The cookware quality itself is fine, and it looks like a versatile steamer/kadai combo for home use. However, the return service has been the worst part of this experience. Despite following up for many days, no return pickup was scheduled. I was forced to self‑ship the item, which was inconvenient and an extra cost. On top of that, there’s still no clear confirmation on refund status from the seller or Amazon. But the product still shows refundable in the product description, I don’t understand how this is called refundable. So, while the product itself is acceptable, the overall experience is dragged down entirely by the return logistics and lack of communication. That’s something potential buyers should know before purchasing.

QSEC kadai cooker is a best quality product. Its size is good and its build quality also good. It comes with copper coating base. It is made of stainless steel. No stram leakage. Its steaming capacity is good. Overall good product.

Product delivery takes a long time, but product packing and quality of items are excellent.

Don’t waste your time and money. It’s a cheap metal for which they charge a lot of money. The copper part started to peal off after the first use. It starts staining after the first use as well. I can’t even return due to it being over a month. Very disappointed.
