I purchased these for my 13 year old teenager. Ever since taking these multi vitamins she has noticed an increase in energy and a radiance in her face that was otherwise missing. She takes it every morning with breakfast and it gives me relief knowing she is getting her daily requirement of vitamins . I like the addition of cranberry too , a necessity for young women and the size is easy to swallow . I would highly recommend this brand to start your teen off on .

Got these for my teenage daughter. I think they are good, been taking them for maybe a month now. They are quite big but she takes them ok. She prefers pills then gummies

Good value and 13 year old finds they taste OK and easily enough to swallow. Can't say how effective they are as she's only been taking them for a month to date.

It's difficult to find vitamins with minerals for teens so was really happy to find these, but sadly they are just too large for my teen to swallow (and even I struggle!). If they did these in half the size but you take 2, I would buy.
