This works very well!! Great product.

Powerful
IT WORKS!!! It says take them at night but after around 5-6 hours after taking them, ive been up and down running to the restroom. 1000% should have waited for the weekend, work is going to be an issue tomorrow. Also, it's not so gentle (at least for my stomach) im cramping quiet a bit. I dont regret the purchase just when I started them and absolutely will not be using this on a daily basis.

This really works for me. You MUST drink plenty of water because I can say it definitely helps with cramping. Instead of taking it everyday I do every other day for regularity. This is definitely 👍🏾 my go to.

be careful
let me just say.. they work alright. but take with caution because this little pill had me vomiting and heart palpitations- maybe just me but if your stomach is more sensitive be careful. the pain.. awful but the effectiveness goes without saying

They actually work not as good as prune juice, but effective.

Quite big so don't swallow sideways like I accidentally did! Do the job but I have to run real quick to the loo once it starts so you got to be quick on your feet
