I am satisfied with this product. I saw a difference in my nails and hair after 3 months.

As a senior, my hair became coarse and it started to thin out especially at the crown. Later my nails started to split. When I started taking this product "GNC Hair, Nail and Skin Advanced" I noticed my nail becoming stronger mending the split, my hair has thickened and is full and my skin is smoother with less wrinkles.
