Amazing Machine for the Price
This is probably the most feature packed TIG welder you can buy for this price. You absolutely cannot beat this machine for the price, AND it comes with a 2 year warranty! It is solidly put together, nicely and carefully packaged, and comes with everything you need to start welding except for the normal consumables. I like the fact that the fans start running on HIGH as soon as the machine is on. Other inverter machines will wait to turn the fans on once the transistors start pumping heat into their heatsinks. I mean for reliability sake, why wait?? Fans are easier to replace than IGBTs :) This machine does just that and keeps its cool during high amperage output at all times. I've purchased this machine primarily to weld thinner than 3/8" thickness aluminum and stainless steel materials for fabricating components on a track day type car, like exhaust and turbo charge air piping. The adjustable A/C duty cycle (if you want to call it cleaning or EN/EP bias), A/C amperage pulse, and A/C frequency are an absolute dream on aluminum. I've not used a machine that had this level of A/C adjust-ability before, how life went on before adjustable A/C frequency above 60 Hz I don't know... lol. DC works just as well, pulse DC works fantastic for thin material. The level of adjust-ability through all parts of the process from start to finish (this is how the front of the machine is laid out, you know exactly which setting does what during which part of the process, courtesy of LEDs that move around with the arrow buttons) is something that I didn't know I would even appreciate as much until you realize how simple it makes menu navigation. I've not stick welded with it yet as I also use a MIG for most other general projects, but I'm sure it works as intended as it is the power source that is the primary component, which works fantastic. There was a note in the box that said the foot pedal that was supposed to come with the machine (no amperage knob on the pedal) was on back order. They provided a pedal-adjustable amperage knob type pedal with the machine to give me something to be able to use, AND THEN sent me the originally intended pedal in the mail a few weeks later. You want to talk about trouble, worry and hassle free service? This company goes above and beyond for this price, seriously it has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had ordering online to date. Everything so far has exceeded expectations. As mentioned at the start of this post, this unit comes with everything needed to start welding right out of the box except for normal consumables. I would suggest picking up a set of torch gas lenses for cleaner stainless welds if stainless is what you are going to be doing. If you are a somewhat more frequent user of this machine, or are a pro who wants a good all around machine for home use, the ONLY thing you might want to add/change on this package is the length of the work clamp cable and installing a slightly smaller size TIG torch. The torch handle that comes with this unit is rather large, and is hard to hold with a traditional pencil/chopstick type hand position. If you have good gloves and a TIG finger, you will eventually learn to just work with it over time. The sheathing around the torch cables/lines is a decent quality silicone type substance, and the end of the torch has a swivel ball to remove the stress of the cables at the end of the torch body. It honestly is a well built torch for occasional use. So far I've got about 8 hours of run time on this unit, and almost burned through a 300CF bottle of argon. I've laid about 150 feet of 4043 and 5356 aluminum 3/32 rod, and about 30 feet of 308L 3/32 stainless rod, literally just to lay beads and play with the settings to see how certain functions affect weld quality. You will find your sweet spots eventually! Already planning my pie cuts for my exhaust haha. Overall: a great machine, great customer service, one happy customer. Thank you for making such a feature packed machine available to the public at this price!

Great Welder and best cost/benneffit you can have
I like comprehensive reviews so here is my contribution. I am a mechanical Engineer and have deep knowledge in electrical systems. Doing weld for my work and hobby, TIG, MIG/MAG, Stick. This machine is FANTASTIC and by far is the best cost/benneffit you can have. Build quality seems similar to Miller and Lincoln at a fraction of the cost. Not only for DIY enthusiasts but for professional use too. Ever thought how good is to carry a machine that costs 1/5 of a Miller and if you beat it, you can have another 4 to buy??? besides 2yr warranty.... Tested it in ALL modes. Works VERY WELL in 120V and whoever commented something negative about probably lacks the basic knowledge of what trade-off is 120V welding - if your 120V supply wiring is not adequate, surely will not work but this is the same for ANY brand and model! I successfully did 120A TIG AC and DC and also Stick. This is enough power to use 7018 1/8" rods. Speaking about 7018 rods, it welds so smooth that it feels like you are welding with 6013 or 7014. Almost no sticking on start of arc and definitely welds 7018 with much easier starts than a Miller Bobcat (machine I use a lot in the field). Nice features like ramps upslope and downslope, AC ballance in a wide 30-70% range, has 2T/4T, torch with trigger for the awkward positions and a foot pedal for working in the bench. Pedal is sturdy and heavy enough for not walking away. Comes with a well made Argon regulator too. Cons are minimal: - No option for 'lift TIG' start. Only HF start. Not a huge issue but if you weld in locations EMF noise is an issue, you won't be able to use. - Plugs are Dinse 9 and not 13 as I would expect for a 200A TIG /180A stick - Torch is the 'Euro Style', very good quality but not my personal preference as this is heavier, bulkier and the cable is stiffer than a regular torch So as you see the cons are peanuts and definitely compensated this nice price. With time, I may update this review if any new bad/good relevant thing is applicable.

How is this possible??
I have been a fabricator for many years so naturally I have two Miller Syncrowave’s and several mig machines at work. I’ve been setting up my shop at home so I don’t have to go into work every time I need to get something done and a tig welder was a priority for me, so I started looking around. I came across this little beauty and after reading all of the good reviews and watching the in depth videos weldpro has put out on it, I decided to pull the trigger. That was on Friday, it is now Tuesday and it’s set up in my garage ready to go, so shipping was unbelievably fast. Opening the box I immediately noticed the care these guys take in packing the machine. Custom corner protectors in the box, perfectly fit foam around the welder and a box with attachments filling in the remaining space. For most people packing probably doesn’t mean much, but for me that is a huge indicator of things to come. The machine feels like it is well constructed, it will take some time getting used to the adjustments panel just because I’m so used to my other welders, but it is still fairly intuitive. The attachments are premium which is insane considering the price point. The pedal has a really nice smooth feel and controls amperage nicely and in addition it comes with a finger trigger which I will put to use when I’m twisted into a pretzel welding roll cages. The ground cable has a quick connection to the welder and a premium T clamp, not a junky ground clamp. The torch is CK worldwide so obviously it will be good but reading through the specs on this machine I expected a CK17 ridged torch with the super flex cable, which I would have been happy about, but instead I received the CK17 super flex with a flex torch head, even better!! I haven’t messed with any settings other than amperage and straight out the gate it’s putting down decent welds. I’m excited to dive into this thing and get it fine tuned so I can really see what it’s capable of. In conclusion I truly don’t understand how they can sell this welder so cheap while including premium attachments and a machine with every feature you could want.

Great for the money!
I bought this in March but have just now gotten around to using it. Packaging was fine. It's well protected in thick styrofoam. I added the the CK 20 torch to mine. The unit seems very well built. The controls are pretty simple and I was able to figure them out easily without referencing the book. So far, I've been using it to TIG weld 16 ga A36 1x1 square tube to 16 ga A36 plate for a project. In theee days I've put probably 8hrs weld time with this machine. So far it's held up nicely, welding around 6 inches at a time. My skills have atrophied since I haven't welded in 6 mos or so, si likely most errors are user related. The machine seems to weld as good as any Lincoln or Miller I've used. It's also a small, light machine which is useful for those if us that don't have a massive shop. The pedal is responsive and firm. I like it. The instructions are set up for someone who has TIG'd before, but are explanatory enough that a newbie could probably figure it out. I don't care for the gas cooled torch. I've been using watercooled torches up until now on the shop machines. I find that with longer welds the torch gets very hot (it can burn me through stick gloves) on longer welds. I'm certain this is the nature of has cooled torches in general. I find my tungsten dulls very quickly by comparison to water cooled torches. Again, probably the nature of the beast. An option to purchase a watercooled torch with this machine would be a great idea. I have an external watercooler I'll eventually use when I but a water cooled torch. I DO NOT like the work clamp. The spring is extremely stiff. So stiff that your average guy like me struggles with it. It doesn't quite open a full inch either, which means if you're using anything bigger than 3/4 inch tubing, you'll have a hard time finding a place to clamp it to your work. I've had to clamp it to my table, which works, but I'd rather clamp it to the work for a better connection. I have not used it in AC yet, but I have an upcoming project for that so I'll add it to the review later. Pay close attention to the instructions for AC. The balance is set up OPPOSITE of Miller machines. So instead of 70 on the Miller machines in the shop, it's 39 on this machine. I don't remember if it's pos or neg right now, just that it's opposite the way I set it up in the shop. Again, that's covered in the instructions. Overall it seems to be a solid machine, especially for less that $1k. UPDATE: the AC works great. However, I am annoyed because I founf out today that the pressure gauge is off by a HUGE amount. I will be contacting the seller, because it has cost me $100 in bottles that I thought were empty (or nearly so) that weren't. I just welded an 8 ft continuous weld on 0 PSI. Been that way for 4 hours. Not pleased about THAT. Update 2: customer was great. Sent a new regulator with no issues.

Better than Miller diversion 180 🥴
Yes I said it. This is better than the $2000 Miller diversion 180, in my opinion. Mine quit working and I was scrambling to find a replacement, this welder on Amazon has similar specs and can do both ac/dc just like my 180. Now I’m not saying this just because mine died. This welder has much more adjustability and to be honest, seems like the arc is more stabile. Same torch too so that’s weird. My one and only real complaint is the fan runs constantly on this weldpro machine and it’s some what loud. But that’s literally my only complaint so far. It works amazing and my welds are far better with this machine than my diversion 180, which is just insane. Same torch, same cups even. Amazing welder for the money!

This welder is exactly what they say it is.
I learned to weld in shipyards with high dollar machines that run on 3 phase power. This welder has performed just as well for me at home. It's great for home or small shop use. I've welded stainless and carbon GMAW; stainless, carbon, and aluminum GTAW. There is no "hot start" function on the stick setting though the arc always starts easily. I think it topped out at 120 amps on 110 volt power, I've only run up to 135 amps on 230 volt. The tig function has a lot of options but are very easy to use. I've used all of them and have nothing but pleased with the performance. This a great machine to learn on, keep your skills up, or to use in a fab shop. The included tig torch is European style that is a little weird, i would suggest the upgrade to the ck worldwide super flex, It's more like what you use at work. That option want available at the time i order my machine, but i will be getting one soon. I've burned 2 year old rods that were stored outside and brand new rods, the machine ran all of them just fine. I've run this machine on every setting it has and it has performed perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Impressed!!!!
I actually weld for a living. Custom fabricator.... I have been try to start something up at home where I can take on everyday people and give them a good price for their work. Right out of the box I was impressed with this welder. It is silly nice and the controls on it are insane! I use miller at my job and I would venture to say this welder will do just about the kind of work a miller or a Lincoln will do without all the complications of the controls having to always be adjusted for this thickness or that metal. This is very nice welder for the price and then some. I will leave pictures of how well this thing welds you when I get the chance to lay down some rod. Super nice welder! I am very impressed! And, I look forward to using it a lot!!!! The delivery was a week earlier than what was projected and everything was nice and tight when it got here. Those are things I appreciate. You can tell when a company takes pride in their work by the way they package. All around it has been better than perfect! Thank you to the Weldpro team for such a quick delivery!!!! You guys are insane! Thank you thank you!!!!

Great support decent machine, they make it right if you have issues.
Great machine when it works, i have a little side business welding doing repairs and fabrication stuff and have run about 50 pounds of rod with this machine in the past 5 months. Until one of the mosfets let the smoke out and rendered the machine useless, had to pay shippIng to return it since it had been more than 30 days since I bought it but joe at tech support is a minty guy and was super helpful with the replacement process. It just happened again, exactly the same issue, called joe again and he is working in getting me a new one again. I am unnsure if the problem is from my circuit or just really bad luck but either way the company has impressed me so far with how they handle returns and always getting a human on the phone immediately. Shoutout to joe from tech support the dude is super helpful and friendly and spends time to troubleshoot problems. if the people at Weldpro are reading this, give that man a raise, he is the reason this is a 4.5 star review that could easily have been 2. The speed at which I've been able to get help with these problems is awesome, hopefully the problems don’t happen again.
