Exactly as Represented
Extremely pleased with the item, which came as represented. After downloading initial songs onto it, it worked perfectly. Delivery was quick and packaged well.

So disappointed
The iPod was shipped quickly and it was in perfect condition, but the unit would not charge. When plugged in, the battery indicator showed it was charging and when the cable was removed, the indicator showed no charge. I tried multiple times and for hours each time and it would never charge. I am very disappointed as I loved the size of the SSD and the color of the iPod.

Failed in 6.5 months.
Worked initially, then just went into reboots mode and doesn't come out. Diagnostics indicate hard disk failure. Failed about 2 weeks after the service period ended.

Did not work
I purchased this device thinking I would have all my music on one device. It accepted 50 songs and that was all. I spent a whole day trying to figure out what was wrong. I logged into my iTunes account and even downloaded a conversion program and still no good.
