This is a Christmas gifr and so I can only comment on the quality of the product's appearance, which is very attractive. HOWEVER, it is a pity that a crunpled piece of very stiicky tape was used to stick the card and bow to the package, especially as it was so sticky that it tore the envelope and the black label providing product details - which had to be removed to get to the card. So silly!

Very disappointed in this item, even using slightly less water than advised, the hot "chocolate" was thin, VERY bland , sweet and frankly no better than the cheapest powder from a low cost supermarket. Not recommended.

Hardly luxury!Not much of a chocolate flavour mostly sugary and extremely overpowering chemical flavours. Does not state cocoa content on lable and very limited information on the ingredients. I suspect very non organically derived ingredients and thus after one taste threw the whole lot in the bin.Not recommend.

Asked for a refund as the chocolate was out of date and solidified in the packaging. Waste of money, I know I got a refund but it was suppose to be a present so was extremely disappointed

Awful date, only 4 months date on it, the 'card' included is just a pathetic sticker on the back of the box, arrived dented too so not happy.

Not a luxury product. Overly sweet. Tasted a couple threw rest away

This hot chocolate priced £12.99 came with a £4 price tag still attached! Was expecting higher quality for the price I paid.
