Love this ready dosa mix. Doesn’t take long to ferment like regular dosas , it’s ready in Minutes! Love the flavors and the fact it’s gluten free and high in protein !

The spinach mix is delicious, we haven't been able to try the beetroot yet as it isn't gluten free which is a bit inconvenient for us (celiac family member). The batter is easy to make, I found it better to make it a bit thinner for a better dosa. I found them a little tricky to flip so made them in a sandwich press which eliminated that issue. They inspired me to make my own recipe using red lentil flour, cumin seeds, garam masala, asafoetida, yoghurt, milk and boullion powder. These are as tasty as the Slurrp but a little easier to work with and are GF. I've had a few other Slurrp products and they are always very tasty.

They pancakes themselves weren't amazing they weren't holding their shape to well and the kids weren't really a fan of them

I was sceptical of how the dosas would turn out and taste but they turned out great. Super easy to make and good in taste. A really healthy option for kids. It comes in very handy on days when I don't feel like cooking. The packaging is also good and the instructions on the pack are clear and easy to understand.
