Works great, can reseal if creative.
This stuff is awesome! I had a lengthwise cut on one of my fingers that was done with a super sharp knife, while carelessly sharpening it. It was one of those cuts that was so clean it didn’t even hurt or bleed. I noticed it about an hour later. Since it didn’t bleed it didn’t get a scab and was not going to heal. It began to hurt a lot every time I used my finger and the two parts moved against each other under my sterile bandaid. Also the bandaid was not letting the rest of my finger breathe so my cuticle was beginning to have some issues. I was going to just use regular superglue from my garage, but decided maybe a product designed for the purpose was a smarter idea. I ordered these and got next day shipping. I cleaned the cut area very well again (ouch) and then put two coats of this product over it, letting it dry in between. As soon as the second coat dried, I had no move pain with movement as everything was held in place, and I was able to get back to my life without even thinking about it again. Today, about three days later, I noticed the glue had mostly been removed with hand washing etc., so I reapplied it, took a picture and decided to write this review. I used the same tube as the first time. Out of curiosity, after I sealed my finger, I sealed the tube back up with a tiny dollop of hot glue, and stored it sitting upright with the original cap snapped back in place. Three days later I was able to use it again, it had not dried out as I expected it to. This time I sealed it up with candle wax (too lazy to get the hot glue gun out again) we’ll see if it works as well. One time use or multiple, through creative resealing, a great product and something I’ve added to all my first aid kits.

Excellent for use on hand wounds!
I purchased this 12-pack of Liquid Skin after buying a package at The Dollar Tree and trying it out. I have issues with cracked skin on my fingers, especially after I've been cleaning and using harsh chemicals. Not only are these cracks extremely painful, but they usually take weeks to heal due to the fact that they are on my hands and I am washing them frequently throughout the day, thus impeding the healing. I developed a crack on my finger just after buying this product and had the chance to try it out right away. I applied the Liquid Skin to my freshly washed and dried crack. It did sting a bit, but that subsided pretty quickly. The liquid smells a lot like super glue, but it didn't dry as quickly and has a little bit of what I'd describe as an oily film to it. The first application didn't take very well, it broke open fairly easily. I wasn't ready to give up though, I went back and applied two more coats of the Liquid Bandage, allowing them to dry completely between application, and that seemed to do the trick. I was left with a waterproof barrier to my wound that lasted until it healed. Because the wound was protected, the healing process was dramatically speeded up compared to normal- about a week, compared to several weeks. I also noticed another skin crack beginning to form and I applied Liquid Skin as a preventive measure and it totally worked to stop the crack from going any deeper into the tissue. My child scratched the palm of her hand the same week and the wound started turning a little red due to the difficulty of keeping a child's hand wound clean. I cleaned and dried her wound, applied several coats of the Liquid Skin, and the wound was then able to heal with the redness subsiding. All of the to say that based on my experience the product is great for wounds that are difficult to keep a traditional bandage on. The only trick to using it to make sure to use several coats in order to ensure a long lasting bandage.

Expensive RIp Off.
Like everyone else, I had to go through 4 vials before I found one that had product in it. And, what came out will not dry, harden or seal. I will emphasize as others have that this product is useless when in need of immediate help to seal a wound. Might just as well use super glue.

Mostly Empty
I'm one-for-four on getting something to come out of the vials. Squeezing the vials takes a kung-fu grip - which I don't have. The one vial that had product in it didn't have much. On the plus side the product works well but I'd have to be rich beyond my wildest dreams to be able to afford this stuff.

A winter necessity.
Great help in winter when the skin on your hands gets small cracks (that never heal) from constant hand washing. This stuff lets your skin heal by creating a barrier. It does not pull your skin or feel like a hard blob - it feels totally natural. The only thing is if you are using your finger to log in, the phone or computer may not "read" it. I first learned about it while working at a hospital. It is used for wound care. This particular "liquid skin" is also much more affordable than the other brand that I've been using.

the only issue lies in the packaging inconsistencies.
Strong glue, hard to use, Dry tubes, broken packaging, Great for tight moments.
