I don't know in particular if it's just a single product or the cumulative effect of the four product protocol prior to a dry fast, BUT I can't believe the results I've gotten to date. I've been low carb for several years and I am in fantastic health and great physical shape before starting the protocol. It's like a rocket booster to feel good and energy, and my skin is Vantastic. I'm in my 60s and the clearing of "age" spots, elasticity improvements and just general overall appearance is off the charts! The results, for me, started kicking in about the end of the second month, I've been doing the protocol for the months now. So, if you want unbelievable results, dry fast or not, DO DA "PROTOCOL".

This is the highest concentration of the active ingredient, Fisetin, of any I can find. I "clears" the brain tissue for clarity.

Fisetin needs fat/oil to have proper absorption so I open the capsules and consume it internally. All other Fisetin supplements that I've taken have a nice find powder texture, but this brand seems to be either handled badly OR cut with some impurities as it has chunks in it that I have to crush up. Since this is the "odd man out" I just don't have any trust in the quality of this brand. I would love to be corrected, but for now I have to say steer clear! Will update with a picture when I have a chance to demonstrate differential.
