Brought this for my spare bedroom for guest to sleep on. They really love it and said they loved the firmness and had a good night sleep on it. Great price for mattress and good product. Well worth the money. Definitely recommend it.

First it looked good with the additional depth and it was on par cost wise with some others but the appearance and description made me choose Serweet 4ft6. My wife is disabled led and we both immediately felt the extra firmness and lack of roll together like our old mattress, help.both of us to be more comfortable and enjoy a longer sleep. Both have back problems and the new mattress took away some of our sore pressure points aiding our sleep.pattern. I would recommend this Serweet mattress to all.

The mattress was fine, and comfortable. But the service that I was suppose to get was nonexistent. The company were supposed to delivery the mattress, unwrap it, put it on the bed, and remove and recycle my old mattress. Unfortunately this didn’t happen. I was left with the mattress standing in my hallway until I could get somebody to take the old mattress away. Then I had the job of unpacking the mattress myself, not easy when you are a senior lady on her own. I did pay for this service, and I did get a refund. But I would have paid double not to have had all the anxiety.

New matress for a new house. Did not fail to meet expectations, neatly rolled air tight package. I was surprised actually at how much of a matress came out of this! Really quality finish and feel, not had a bad night's sleep since as its so unbelievably comfortable, which makes it even harder to get out of bed. My only issue with this mattress is that I now have to set 2 Alarms to get up in the mornings. (Sighs) Deffinately worth the buy for me and I'd struggle to understand why anyone would give this less than a 4 star review.

We hade been looking for a replacement mattress for some time before we came across the Serweet range. There was nothing on the market that matched its value. We had purchased 2 single Serweet mattresses and used them prior to purchasing one for our king size bed, therefore knew the level of comfort provided. We chose the 30cm mattress for greater comfort. The mattress is good value for money and provides the support needed for our backs. Recommend Serweet to anyone looking for a great mattress providing a high level of comfort and great value.

The price is unbeatable. I bought a double after buying 2 single mattresses for my sons. The double mattress feels definitely softer than the single; not the best support for my tired back...

Bought this on prime day after reading reviews. Delivery was excellent, kept informed of date and time and delivered by two friendly guys that brought it in for me as it's heavy. We've set it up on new double frame in guest bedroom and even slept on it for two nights, very supportive and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

After a couple of months of sleeping on this mattress I can confirm that this is not a good mattress . The memory foam top is very poor quality and you don’t even thinks is there . After a while you can actually start feeling the springs . Also I bought a king size mattress for the standard king size bed I have and the mattress is visibly smaller ( not wide enough) than a king size . I would like to return it , however if it’s the same company who was supposed to collect my old mattress when this one has been delivered , I would rather not . They left me with the mattress even though I paid for the recycling service . The two Asian men told me that they can’t take the mattress because had a few spots and apparently “ Amazon cannot resell it “ . Resell it ? I thought was supposed to be recycled in a responsible manner .

This is a great mattress. It’s comfortable and nice and deep. It doesn’t need box springs. It arrived vacuum sealed in plastic packaging. After opening it, we waited two days to let it completely inflate before using it. It is nice and thick - we use deep sheets on it. And it is SO comfortable - not too firm, but also not so squishy that you sink in too much. It really is just right. We are very happy with it and think it’s a great value for the money.

the perfect balance between firm and squishy. super comfortable. no stiff anything after sleeping on it for over half a year. no weird smells upon arrival. a bit late, but great customer service.

Its a good medium to firm bed. I added a 3" memory foam topper for a bit more plush on top as the one it has is fairly thin. I get hot at night, but it could be the topper plus I'm at that age of hot flashes so is possibly inevitable.

I'm from the generation of box springs and a mattresses on top. The kind you have to have delivered and lug through the house. Getting a mattress that didn't require a box spring and could be delivered rolled up in a box was a big stretch. Read the reviews for this which helped a lot. Especially the part where people mentioned there was no smell (confirmed). So I ordered it. It was a heavy box but manageable. Read the instructions - IMPORTANT - on unboxing. Went through the procedure and it expanded back to shape pretty quickly. Looked good in a few hours and within a day it was nearly there. I've also never had a hybrid mattress with foam and springs like this one. It is very comfortable and relatively firm. Sleep is good as ever. At first blush it seems to be a very nice mattress. Comfortable, firm enough, and at a very competitive price. Quality is good and it will be interesting to see how long it goes before needing replacement. Frankly at this cost you could replace it every 7 years and still be way ahead of the big name brands. Fingers crossed. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very easy set-up, not extremely firm, but just right for myself. Only slept on it 2 nights, but my pain level is much lower, and my energy level is through the roof. Definitely the best purchase I've ever made.
